1. Booking Confirmation

• Your booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and a confirmation email from Hamara Trip.

2. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges are calculated based on when you request the cancellation before the tour start date:

Time Before Departure	Cancellation Fee
More than 30 days	10–20% of total tour cost
15–30 days	30–50% of total tour cost
7–14 days	50–75% of total tour cost
Less than 7 days	100% of total tour cost (no refund)

Note: These percentages are typical travel industry standards. Actual charges may vary based on specific tour components (e.g., flights, hotel blocks, permits).

3. Non-Refundable Components

Some services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Airline tickets, once issued
• Hotel block reservations during peak season
• Permits and special activity bookings

These will be charged as per the supplier’s terms.

4. No-Show Policy

• If you do not show up on the departure date without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.

5. Refund Processing

• All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to info@royalrouteholidays.com royalroutesholidays@gmail.com
• Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–21 working days through the original mode of payment.

6. Changes to Booking

• Changes to travel dates or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur amendment fees.

7. Force Majeure

• Royal Routes Holidays reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in case of natural disasters, government restrictions, security advisories, or other uncontrollable events. In such cases, a full refund or alternate arrangements may be offered as per policy.
